I bought one for $2.29.
For the most part, the parfait tastes a lot like a pretty good strawberry shortcake except soggier.

The strawberry filling was smooth rather chunky with a nice balance of tart, fruity, and sweet.
The cake was wet through and through (tres leches cakes tend to be wet to varying degrees) with a sweet and milky quality that adds a little more richness to it versus regular sponge cake. The texture of it tended towards bigger air pockets rather than fine, uniform ones.
