Noodles & Company Tests Several New Ravioli and Tortelloni Dishes

Noodles & Company tests several new ravioli and tortelloni dishes at 21 select locations in Colorado, Illinois, and Ohio.

The new stuffed pasta test items vary by location and include the following:

- 3-Cheese Tortelloni Rosa - Tortelloni filled with a blend of ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, onions, and garlic in a spicy tomato cream sauce along with mushrooms, Roma tomatoes, spinach, and parmesan.

- 3-Cheese Tortelloni Pesto - Tortelloni filled with a blend of ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, onions and garlic in a basil pesto cream sauce alongside garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes, and parmesan.

- Roasted Garlic Cream Tortelloni - Cheese-filled tortelloni in light roasted garlic and onion cream sauce along with zucchini, mushrooms, and spinach, sprinkled with MontAmore cheese and parsley.

- Parmigiano Ravioli Rosa - Parmigiano Reggiano cheese-filled ravioli, mushrooms, Roma tomatoes, spinach, and parmesan in a spicy tomato cream sauce.

- Parmigiano Ravioli Pesto - Parmigiano Reggiano cheese-filled ravioli, mushrooms, Roma tomatoes, spinach, and parmesan in a basil pesto cream sauce.

- Roasted Garlic Cream Ravioli - Parmigiano Reggiano cheese-filled ravioli, zucchini, mushrooms, and spinach in light roasted garlic and onion cream sauce, finished with MontAmore cheese.

According to Noodles & Company, their culinary team spent over a year developing the new stuffed pasta dishes, which among other things, are meant to travel well.
