McDonald's Tests New Crispy Chicken and Bacon Breakfast Sandwiches

McDonald's tests new breakfast sandwiches featuring their new crispy chicken filet paired with bacon at participating locations in the Sacramento-Stockton area of California.

The new Crispy Chicken Breakfast Sandwiches include butter, honey sauce, a crispy-fried chicken filet, and applewood-smoked bacon on either a warm biscuit or toasted English muffin.

A BrandEater who tried one of the sandwiches mentioned that it "wasn't bad" but would have been better with a pickle.

The Crispy Chicken Breakfast Sandwiches are priced at $4.69 a piece. Interestingly, they're being offered concurrently with the McChicken Biscuit and Chicken McGriddle that McDonald's has on the menu at select locations. In comparison, the McChicken Biscuit and Chicken McGriddle (which are made with a McChicken patty) cost $2.19 each.
