IHOP Features New Steakhouse Premium Bacon in Limited-Time "Bacon Obsession" Menu

IHOP adds new Steakhouse Premium Bacon as a key feature for their new, limited-time Bacon Obsession menu.

IHOP's Steakhouse Premium Bacon consists of a hickory-smoked, thick-cut piece of bacon that is five times as thick as the chain's regular bacon and comes drizzled with a maple glaze. For a limited time, you can add a slice to any breakfast combo for an extra $1.49.

The new Bacon Obsession menu includes seven bacon-y menu items, including:

- Steakhouse Premium Bacon BreakFeast - Two slices of Steakhouse Premium Bacon served with hash browns, two eggs cooked how you like, and two buttermilk pancakes.

- Steakhouse Premium Bacon Burger - A slice of Steakhouse Premium Bacon, Black Angus Steakburger patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and IHOP Sauce on a toasted bun. The burger comes with a side of French fries, onion rings, or two buttermilk pancakes.

- Steakhouse BLT - Two slices of Steakhouse Premium Bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and IHOP Sauce on a toasted bun. A choice of French fries, onion rings, or two buttermilk pancakes are included on the side.

- Candied Bacon Pancakes - Four buttermilk pancakes made with hickory-smoked bacon pieces, drizzled with vanilla sauce and dulce de leche caramel sauce, and then finished with a slice of candied bacon and whipped topping.

- Maple Bacon Milkshake - A vanilla milkshake blended with maple glaze and hickory-smoked bacon pieces, and then crowned with whipped topping, a drizzle of maple glaze, and a slice of candied bacon.

- Oreo ‘N Bacon Waffle Sundae - Two Oreo cookie-filled Belgian waffle quarters topped with hickory-smoked bacon pieces, more Oreo cookie pieces, chocolate sauce, two scoops of vanilla ice cream, whipped topping, and a slice of candied bacon.

- $5 Bacon Lovers Combo ($6 in some areas) - Two Candied Bacon Pancakes, served with two slices hickory-smoked bacon and two eggs cooked how you like. Available on weekdays only.
