Blue Diamond Expands Into Home Baking with Almond Flour-Based Baking Products

Almond producer Blue Diamond reveals two new almond-flour-based baking products--Tasty Little Cup and Baking Mixes.

Blue Diamond Tasty Little Cup is the brand's gluten-free and dairy-free take on single-serving mug cake products. It comes in four varieties:

- Molten Chocolate Cake

- Brownie with Diced Almonds

- Chocolate Cake

- Confetti Cake

Like other mug cakes, it only requires adding water and takes about a minute to prepare in the microwave. In addition to being dairy-free and gluten-free, it is also kosher certified and non-GMO project verified.

Blue Diamond Baking Mixes are similarly dairy-free, kosher certified, and non-GMO product verified. They also come in four varieties:

- Brownie

- Chocolate Cake

- Chocolate Chip Cookie

- Yellow Cake

Both Blue Diamond’s Tasty Little Cup and Baking Mixes are set to arrive in May 2021 at grocery stores nationwide. The brand launched their own Almond Flour in 2020.
