Big King Returns to Burger King

The Big King makes a limited-time return to Burger King nationwide starting later this week, but Royal Perks loyalty members can order it now through the BK website or mobile app.

The Big King is Burger King's version of McDonald's Big Mac and features two flame-grilled beef patties, two pickles, two onion slices, lettuce, two slices of American cheese, and Stacker sauce on a toasted sesame seed bun. It's a burger that's gotten some tweaks over the years (it used to have a middle bun like the Big Mac). The current version is basically a smaller version of the Big King XL they once offered.

Prices may vary, but it goes for $5.99 at my local Burger King here in the Los Angeles area (compared to $7.69 for a Whopper, which makes it a likely candidate to be added to their two for $6 mix-and-match in the near future).
