Review: Mtn Dew Typhoon

Mtn Dew Typhoon soda is a limited-time variety of featuring a tropical punch flavor. It is being sold exclusively online through the Mountain Dew store.

A 16-fl-oz can is available as part of a 6-pack for $12, but I received this courtesy of PepsiCo.

Mtn Dew Typhoon has a typical tropical punch fragrance with notes of orange and pineapple in it. It tastes prominently of pineapple, with some other fruit flavors that I can't quite identify. The soda itself is very sweet and leaves a fairly long-lasting fruity aftertaste.

Overall, Mtn Dew Typhoon is a pleasant rendition of a tropical punch soda. Fans of pineapple flavor will enjoy this limited-time Mtn Dew offering.
