Review: Wienerschnitzel - Jalapeno Poppers

Wienerschnitzel Jalapeno Poppers
I love Jalapeno Poppers.  Especially, when they're cheap.  Wienerschnitzel's Jalapeno Poppers are priced three for 99 cents as part of their "UnDer $1 Menu."  For those of you not in the know, Jalapeno Poppers are jalapeno peppers stuffed with cheese and then breaded and deep-fried. They usually make for a crispy, spicy, cheesy snack.

Wienerschnitzel's Jalapeno Poppers vary slightly from the norm in that the breading has just the slightest bit of sweetness to it. Beyond that, they are properly stuffed with a blend of Cheddar and American and not cream cheese (Ew! cream cheese and spicy equals "no!")

They taste pretty good with a fairly substantial heat and varied textures (from the crispy breading to the smooth jalapeno skin to the gooey cheese inside).

With great taste at an affordable price, I do believe I've found my go-to spot for poppers!
