Dunkin' Donuts Testing Delivery and Ordering in Advance

Dunkin' Donuts is testing delivery and mobile ordering in advance in several U.S. cities.

Similar to efforts by Starbucks, Panda Express, and Taco Bell, Dunkin' Donuts' "On-the-Go Ordering lets you order in advance via your mobile phone (up to 24 hours in advance), skip waiting in line, and pick up your order when you arrive (you confirm when you arrive via a mobile app). The test program is ongoing in Portland, ME. If you happen to live in the area, you can find the app and more details at www.DDPerks.com/OnTheGo.

The delivery program, "Dunkin' Delivery," is offered in partnership with on-demand delivery service DoorDash and allows you to order off the Dunkin' Donuts menu from 7 AM to 10 PM and get it delivered within 45 minutes. The service is currently offered in Dallas, TX and slated to roll-out soon in Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, and Washington D.C.
