The 9-to-13 pound birds are marinated with a blend of Louisiana seasonings, slow-roasted, and then flash-fried for a crispy skin.
You can order them at a participating Popeyes location and pick them up when scheduled. They do require heating before serving and come with instructions to do so. The price on these are $39.99 last I checked.
