Looking to add more bold flavors, the new tacos are available on corn or flour tortillas and feature six varieties:
- Drunken Yardbird - Tangy tequila lime chicken, hand-smashed guacamole, salsa verde, cilantro, minced onion, and cotija cheese.
- Mad Rancher - Grilled chicken, bacon, hand-smashed guacamole, picante ranch, lettuce, pico de gallo, and cotija cheese.
- Two Timer - Pulled pork, salsa roja, shredded cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, and a crispy taco shell wrapped in a flour tortilla spread with 3-Cheese Queso (It's like a fancier version of Taco Bell's Double Decker).
- Triple Threat - Steak, bacon, 3-Cheese Queso, fajita vegetables, pico de gallo, and cotija cheese.
- The Gladiator - Steak, bacon, pico de gallo, lettuce, Mexican Caesar dressing, cilantro, and cotija cheese.
- Bohemian Veg - Shredded cheese, black beans, corn salsa, hand-smashed guacamole, salsa verde, minced onions, cilantro, and cotija cheese.
You can find the new Knockout Tacos at participating locations at $3.50 for one or any three for $9 (may vary).
The move marks a transition of the brand from Qdoba Mexican Grill to Qdoba Mexican Eats. According to the chain, the change will be marked by updates to restaurants, new menu items (with non-descriptive, gimmicky names apparently), new uniforms, and more.
