Olive Garden Finds New Use for Alfredo Sauce as a Coating for Fried Chicken Tenders

Olive Garden goes beyond pasta with their Alfredo sauce by using a spicy version of it to coat fried chicken tenders. They call the new appetizer, "Spicy Alfredo Chicken."

The heat for the sauce comes from diced hot cherry peppers and you can get regular Alfredo sauce to dip the tenders in.

Other new dishes on the menu include:

- Chicken Alfredo Pizza Fritta - Chicken, three cheeses, and Alfredo sauce wrapped in fried pizza dough and served with Alfredo and marinara sauces.

- Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms - Mushrooms filled with shrimp, scallops, crab, and white fish stuffing plus herb breadcrumbs, parmesan, romano, and mozzarella cheeses.
