Enlightened partners with Delish to release two seasonal keto-friendly ice cream flavors, Peppermint Brownie and Pumpkin Cheesecake, that each feature 1g net carbs per serving and no added sugar.

Pumpkin Cheesecake features pumpkin ice cream with a cream cheese swirl, while Peppermint Brownie features swirled green and red peppermint ice cream with fudgy brownie bites and chocolate chips. Both are sweetened with monk fruit and erythritol rather than sugar.
