Basically, Cookie Pop Oreo Halloween Popcorn is the same as regular Cookie Pop Oreo Popcorn but is made with Halloween Oreos, which are regular Oreos but with orange-colored vanilla creme. As such, the product features Oreo Popcorn with an orange-colored cookie creme drizzle and dusting of crushed Oreo cookies.
