The deal is available at participating locations and can be redeemed online, through the Subway App, or in-restaurant. You can check participating of a location online by adding the subs to your cart and seeing if the discount applies.
As it typical, the free sub must be of equal or lesser value than the purchased ones (i.e. they'll give you the discount on the cheapest sub of the three).
