Taco Bell Getting Rid of Mexican Pizza, Pico de Gallo, and Shredded Chicken on November 5, 2020

Taco Bell's move to streamline its menu and ingredients sees more casualties as Mexican Pizza, pico de gallo, and shredded chicken are gone from the menu on November 5, 2020.

The Mexican Pizza features two crispy flour tortillas sandwiching a layer of seasoned ground beef and refried beans, topped with Mexican pizza sauce, a blend of mozzarella, Cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheeses, and diced tomatoes. The Mexican Pizza combo will be replaced on the menu with the 3 Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos combo.

Pico de Gallo consists of a mix of tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. With its removal, ordering an item Fresco Style means that they'll swap out cheese and sour cream for plain diced tomatoes.

The removal of shredded chicken means that you won't be able to order the Shredded Chicken Soft Taco, Shredded Chicken Burrito, and Shredded Chicken Quesadilla Melt anymore. They'll be adding a new Chicken Chipotle Melt to make up for it a little.
