The chain's Country Fried Steak Krystal features a beef steak coated in a "secret blend of spices" before battered and deep-fried until crispy. It comes topped with Southern-style gravy on a steamed Krystal slider bun. You can also get the country steak on a biscuit for breakfast.
Krystal will be offering the limited-time menu item as part of a meal deal for $4.99 where you get two Country Fried Steak Krystals and a small order of tots.
While it's available, the Southern-style gravy for the sandwich can also be requested as a dipping sauce for the chain's Chik N Strips.
