Rather than just Oreo flavored, the hot cocoa drink appears to be made with actual Oreo cookies (there's some small text that says, "made with Oreo").
Additional, the convenience store chain has an in-app deal for a $1 king-sized pack of Oreo cookies with the purchase of any hot beverage.
