TV Show Contestant's Dish Makes Denny's Menu

The second episode of reality cooking competition On the Menu saw contestants vying for a chance to see their dish on the Denny's menu the day after the show aired. The show aired on Friday and, sure enough, on Saturday, the winning dish, Apple Danish Stuffed French Toast, was introduced on the Denny's Menu.

The new dish features whipped cream cheese and warmed apple filling stuffed between two slices of French toast, finished with a drizzle of cinnamon sauce. It's served with hash browns topped with crumbled chorizo sausage and onions.

Available for a limited time, Apple Danish Stuffed French Toast is priced at $7.99. You can also add two eggs and a choice of sausage or bacon for $2 more.
