There's the Queso Crunch Double Chicken Burrito Bowl and the Street Corn Double Chicken Burrito Bowl.
The Queso Crunch Double Chicken Burrito Bowl (pictured) features pinto beans and seasoned rice, topped with warm queso blanco, a double portion of citrus-marinated flame-grilled chicken, shredded jack cheese, handmade guacamole, chopped cilantro, and salsa fresca. Tortilla strips are included on the side.
The Street Corn Double Chicken Burrito Bowl is inspired by elotes and consists of seasoned rice and pinto beans, topped with a double portion of citrus-marinated flame-grilled chicken, creamy chipotle sauce, handmade guacamole, shredded jack cheese, crumbled cotija, roasted corn, roasted red bell peppers, chopped cilantro, and salsa fresca.
Prices vary, but my local El Pollo Loco in Los Angeles charges $12.79 for each bowl.
El Pollo Loco is also offering the Fam Feast as a limited-time, discounted group meal exclusively to its rewards members. The Fam Feast includes eight pieces of citrus-marinated flame-grilled chicken, three large sides, eight warm flour or corn tortillas (or a large order of tortilla chips), and four churros. Prices vary, but it costs $29.99 near me with legs and thighs ($34.49 for mixed chicken pieces).
