Made in each restaurant daily, the new sauce is described as having a "bright and tangy flavor. It's made with roasted garlic, fresh cilantro, chili peppers, and citrus juice. It's served on the side to drizzle on as you like.
Chipotle Rewards members can try Red Chimichurri for free on September 30, 2025, using an offer in their account. Prices vary, but it costs $1 at my local Chipotle restaurant in Los Angeles.
