Culver's Reveals New Jalapeno Cheese Curds and Return of the CurderBurger

In celebration of its first Curdtoberfest (like Oktoberfest but honoring cheese curds), Culver's reveals new Jalapeno Cheese Curds and the return of the CurderBurger.

Jalapeno Cheese Curds (pictured) will arrive on October 15, 2025 (apparently, the 10th anniversary of National Cheese Curd Day) and will be available for a limited time through October 31, 2025, while supplies last. They're a spicy take on Culver's classic Wisconsin Cheese Curds made with bits of jalapeno pepper and cheddar cheese.

The CurderBurger features a Deluxe ButterBurger topped with a breaded and fried patty of cheese (a blend of yellow and white cheddar). It arrives on September 29, 2025, and will be available through October 14, 2025, while supplies last. It first started as an April Fools' joke in 2021, but then they made it into an actual burger, and this is the fifth time they've brought it back.

In addition to the limited-time menu items, Culver's first-ever Curdtoberfest will include themed decor at its restaurants and an online sweepstakes with "free Wisconsin Cheese Curds for a year" and other prizes.
