Del Taco's El Big Boxes Now with Bigger Burritos

Del Taco has upgraded its El Big Boxes with bigger burritos that each weigh over half a pound. The fast-food chain also brings back the Orange Cream Shake and Funnel Cake Fries for a limited time.

The El Big Box changes come as the chain increases the size of some of its burritos to over half a pound, including:

- ½ lb. Combo Beef & Bean Burrito - Seasoned beef, slow-cooked beans, house-grated cheddar cheese, and zesty red sauce, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

- ½ lb. Beef & Cheddar Burrito - Seasoned beef, house-grated cheddar cheese, and zesty red sauce, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

- ½ lb. Grilled Chicken Burrito - Grilled marinated chicken, house-grated cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, secret sauce, and diced tomatoes, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. 

- ½ lb. 8 Layer Veggie Burrito - Slow-cooked beans made from scratch, cilantro lime rice, house-made guacamole, house-grated cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, zesty red sauce, and sour cream, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

- ½ lb. Bean & Cheese Burrito - Made from scratch, slow-cooked beans, house-grated cheddar cheese, and zesty red or tangy green sauce, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

The El Big Boxes are the same as before, only with a bigger burrito. The options include:

- $5 Clásico - A Combo Beef & Bean Burrito, a Mini Quesadilla, Crinkle-Cut Fries, and a 16-oz drink.

- $7 Mex Faves - A Combo Beef & Bean Burrito, a Grilled Chicken Taco, a soft Snack Taco, a Mini Quesadilla, and a 16-oz drink.

- $9 Ameri-Mex (pictured) - A Double Del Cheeseburger, a Bean & Cheese Burrito (with a choice of red or green sauce), a soft Snack Taco, Crinkle-Cut Fries, and a 16-oz drink.

The Orange Cream Shake is a vanilla shake blended with Fanta Orange, while the Funnel Cake Fries are deep-fried funnel cake batter shaped into a fry and covered in powdered sugar.
