The Chai Latte Cookie (pictured) features a cookie baked with warm chai spices and white chocolate chips, while the Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Cookie is a spiced pumpkin cookie with chocolate chunks.
Prices vary, but a location here in Los Angeles sells the fall cookies for $3.69 a piece (versus $3.29 for the other Classic cookies).
The late-night cookie bakery chain will also be holding a PJ party at all its locations on September 16, 2025, from 8PM to close. Among the promotions for the festivities, Insomnia will be offering a free Classic cookie to its rewards members who show up in pajamas. Additionally, it will launch the Peanut Butter S'mores with Reese's Cookie that night.
