Review: Wienerschnitzel - Corn Dog

Wienerschnitzel Corn Dog in wrapper
Wienerschnitzel's 79-cent Corn Dog provides an exceptional value for your hungry stomach. As a refresher/primer, a corn dog is a simple hot dog on a stick, covered in corn meal, and deep-fried. The result is the stuff of fairs, cheap eats, and fairly clean eating.

While the Wienerschnitzel is really no different than the 30-pack of Foster Farm's corn dogs you can buy from your club warehouse store (it might be exactly the same), it's fried fresh without the muss and fuss of having your own deep fryer.

Overall, Wienerschnitzel's Corn Dog is pretty good, with a nice sweetness and a hot, crisp crust. The hot dog is of the generic variety but it tastes fine. It's also nice and cheap which is always a plus.
