Burger King Gives The Extra Long Cheeseburger the Buttery Treatment

Like their Chicken Fries, Burger King has been giving a lot of love to their Extra Long Cheeseburger as far as variations go. The latest is the new, limited-time Extra Long Buttery Cheeseburger.

The new burger gives a slight tweak to the Extra Long Cheeseburger by adding a buttery garlic-flavored sauce onto each patty. Other than that you get the same two beef patties, onions, iceberg lettuce, ketchup, American cheese, and mayo on a toasted hoagie bun. You can't help but think they drew some inspiration from Jack in the Box's Buttery Jack.

Like previous iterations, you can find the latest version of the Extra Long Cheeseburger as part of Burger King's long-running two for $5 mix-and-match deal (at participating locations) along with the original Extra Long Cheeseburger, Extra Long Fish Sandwich (also new and this year's Lent offering), Big King, Original Chicken Sandwich, and Flame Grilled Chicken Burger. If you want just one, expect it to cost around $3.50 or so.
