Outback Introduces New Roasted Sirloin

Outback Steakhouse now offers a roast preparation for your sirloin steak in addition to their traditional grilling. New Hand-Carved Roasted Sirloin is seasoned, seared, and then, slow-roasted for three hours.

Prices start at $10.99 and Roasted Sirloin is featured in a number of dishes, including:

- Classic Roasted Sirloin - Slices of roasted sirloin topped with a Cabernet sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and a broccoli garnish.

- Marsala Roasted Sirloin - Slices of roasted sirloin topped with sauteed mushrooms and a savory mushroom Marsala sauce. Served with creamy Parmesan rice and a broccoli garnish.

- Bistro Roasted Sirloin - Slices of roasted sirloin topped with a creamy Dijon bistro sauce. Served with crispy diced potatoes and a broccoli garnish.

- Steakhouse Quesadillas - Stuffed with slices of roasted sirloin, Monterey Jack cheese, chipotle spread, cilantro, and green onions. Served with sour cream.

You can find the new sirloin steak option at participating Outback restaurants nationwide.
