Einstein Bros. Introduces Two New Fresh-Cracked Egg Sandwiches

Einstein Bros. welcomes fresh-cracked eggs to the menu with the introduction of two new, limited-time sandwiches: The Farmhouse and Chorizo Sunrise.

The new Farmhouse sandwich features one or two fresh-cracked eggs, applewood-smoked bacon, smoked ham, country pepper shmear, and cheddar cheese on a Cheesy Hash Brown Gourmet Bagel.

The new Chorizo Sunrise sandwich includes a choice of one or two fresh-cracked eggs, chorizo, avocado, jalapeno salsa shmear, and pepper jack cheese on a Green Chile Gourmet Bagel.

The bagel chain is also featuring the French Toast Egg sandwich, which consists of one or two fresh-cracked eggs, applewood-smoked bacon, maple shmear, and cheddar cheese on a French Toast Bagel.
