The BBQ Heirloom Carrot Flatbread features roasted baby rainbow heirloom carrots (in place of grilled chicken), smoked Gouda, charred red onion petals, Parmesan, fresh cilantro, BBQ sauce, and house-made ranch on hand-stretched dough.
Also on the limited-time 2019 summer menu are:
- California Fields Salad - Fresh watermelon, strawberries, basil, and field greens with house-made Champagne vinaigrette, Feta, and California pistachios.
- Broccoli Sun-Dried Tomato Fusilli - Baby broccolini, house-marinated sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, and thyme, sauteed with California olive oil.
- Strawberry Shortcake - A shortcake biscuit topped with strawberries, whipped cream, and house-made candied lemon zest.
- Sparkling Tropical Haven - La Marca Prosecco, RumHaven Coconut Rum, raspberry puree, and pineapple juice.
- Sparkling Watermelon-Lime (non-alcoholic) - Perrier Lemon Sparkling Water with a touch of watermelon flavor, fresh mint, and lime.
