Buffalo Wild Wing's Truffalo sauce pairs "the bold heat of traditional Buffalo sauce" with "the earthiness, aromatic, and slightly sweet finish of truffles." The new sauce option will run you $1 extra versus the chain's regular sauces.
In addition to new Truffalo sauce, Buffalo Wild Wings also adds the new Bacon Smashed Hatch Chile Burger and Buffalo Chicken Tots to the menu.
The Bacon Smashed Hatch Chile Burger features two smashed burger patties seared with bacon, and served with American cheese, hatch chile peppers, grilled onions, pickled Fresno chiles, and hatch chile aioli on a toasted challah bun.
Buffalo Chicken Tots consists of tater tots topped with seasoned chicken, Buffalo seasoning, blue cheese crumbles, pickled Fresno chiles, medium Buffalo sauce, ranch, and green onions.
