IHOP Offers Free Short Stack of Pancakes to Email Club Members That Can Be Redeemed Anytime in April 2021

IHOP does their annual National Pancake Day promotion a little differently this year by offering an "IOU" coupon good for a free Short Stack of buttermilk pancakes to their email club members.

The coupon will be sent out April 1, 2021 and can be redeemed anytime in the month of April 2021 at participating restaurants nationwide. You have to have signed up to the email list by March 31, 2021 to get the IOU coupon. 

The free pancakes can be enjoyed in-restaurant or to-go. If you're not signed up with their email list, they'll also be offering a coupon good for a free Short Stack with a minimum $10 purchase for the month of April via their website and mobile app.

Normally, National Pancake Day is offered as a one-day, in-restaurant event where you can get a free Short Stack of buttermilk pancakes and are encouraged to donate to IHOP's chosen national (Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals) and/or local charities.

A Short Stack includes three pancakes. It normally costs $8.29 at my local IHOP.
