The new Quesadilla takes a flour tortilla and folds it over Monterey Jack cheese and a choice of either chicken, steak, carnitas, barbacoa, Sofritas, or fajita veggies. It's then pressed using a new custom oven. The Quesadilla comes cut into triangular pieces in a compostable container that can hold up to three salsas or sides.
Through March 21, 2021, Chipotle is offering a $0 delivery fee when you order a quesadilla through the Chipotle app or Chipotle.com.
While this marks the first time Chipotle is formally offering a quesadilla as an entree choice, you used to be able to get one made as a secret menu item some time ago.
