Arby's Launches New Wagyu Steakhouse Burgers

Arby's serves up burgers for the first time with the launch of new, limited-time Wagyu Steakhouse Burgers at participating restaurants nationwide.

According to CNN, Arby's Wagyu Steakhouse Burgers feature a 6.4-oz burger patty made with a blend of American Wagyu (52%) and regular ground beef (48%). The patty is cooked "sous vide" offsite and apparently finished by deep-frying because the Arby's kitchen setup doesn't have a grill top (they're also microwaved briefly prior to serving to melt the cheese on top of the patty). The burgers come in two varieties: Deluxe and Bacon Ranch.

The Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger features a Wagyu beef burger patty served with American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, and a special burger sauce on a toasted buttery brioche bun.

The Bacon Ranch Steakhouse Burger (pictured) consists of a Wagyu beef burger patty served with bacon, American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, and parmesan peppercorn ranch on a toasted buttery brioche bun.

Prices vary but you can expect the Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger to cost around $5.99, while the Bacon Ranch version should run about $6.99.

Arby's tested the burgers last year as "Wagyu Blend Burgers". The Wagyu Steakhouse Burgers are available for a limited time through July 31, 2022.
