El Pollo Loco's Double Shredded Beef Tostada Salad features a house-made tostada shell filled with a double portion of shredded beef, fresh Hass Avocado, shredded lettuce, whole pinto beans, Mexican rice, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, and pico de gallo. It comes with creamy cilantro dressing on the side. It's basically the same as the Double Chicken Tostada Salad but with beef instead of the chain's signature citrus-marinated, flame-grilled chicken.
The Double Shredded Beef Tostada Salad is available chain-wide now for a limited time through April 19, 2023.
