Whatacatch Makes Return to Whataburger for 2023 Lenten Season

The Whatacatch fish sandwich makes a limited time return to the Whataburger menu for the 2023 Lenten season. You can also find fish on the menu as part of the limited-time Whatacatch Platter.

Whataburger's Whatacatch Sandwich features an Alaska pollock filet coated in seasoned panko breadcrumbs and fried. The filet is served with lettuce, two tomato slices, and tartar sauce on a toasted bun. The chain suggests adding Creamy Pepper sauce or an American cheese slice to give the sandwich "extra oomph."

The Whatacatch Platter includes two crispy-fried fish filets served on French fries with a side of tartar sauce.

Both the Whatacatch Sandwich and Whatacatch Platter can be found at Whataburger locations chain-wide for a limited time through April 10, 2023. Prices vary by location but you can expect to pay somewhere around $4.89 for the fish sandwich and $8.49 for the fish dinner.
