Salt & Straw's Vault Series can be found at the brand's scoop shops and online shop throughout the month of April 2023 and includes the following flavors:
- Honey Marshmallow Rocky Road - Chocolate ice cream spiced with cinnamon and ancho chili and folded with honey marshmallows and candied hazelnuts.
- Black Olive Brittle & Goat Cheese - Goat cheese ice cream folded with black olive butter brittle.
- Sweet Corn & Waffle Cones - Corn and caramel ice cream with chocolate-covered waffle cone pieces, charred corn, and a caramel swirl.
- Strawberry Cilantro Lime Cheesecake - Strawberry ice cream with graham cracker crust pieces and a cilantro-lime cheesecake swirl.
- Mango Habanero IPA Sorbet (vegan) - Mango IPA sorbet with a spicy kick from habanero peppers.
