Review: Kit Kat Churro Candy Bar

Kit Kat's Churro-flavored candy bar features layered crispy wafers covered in churro-flavored creme.

A 1.5-oz candy bar costs $1.33 near me but I received this courtesy of Kit Kat.

These come in a tan color flecked with bits of brown but the bits seem to be for visual effect as they don't add any texture.

There's a creamy, sweet cinnamon flavor to the confectionary creme coating that's paired with a smooth, melty texture. Underneath, I got the light and crispy crunch of the wafers.

Overall, the Kit Kat Churro Candy Bar provided a good mix for soft and crispy textures to go with a creamy cinnamon flavor. However, the flavor tasted more like horchata than churros (horchata is a cinnamon-y rice and milk drink with Mexican origins) given the creamy notes and texture. It was still very enjoyable though.
