Crumbl introduces the cookie bakery chain's first-ever cheesecake with the arrival of the new Raspberry Cheesecake for a limited time this week.

Crumbl's new Raspberry Cheesecake features a classic vanilla cheesecake on a buttery graham cracker crust, topped with a tangy raspberry spread and whipped cream.

Joining the new cheesecake is this week's limited-time selection of cookies, which include:

• Pink Velvet Cake Cookie - A cake batter cookie topped with vanilla cream cheese frosting and pink velvet cookie crumbs.
• Mom's Recipe Cookie - An oatmeal cookie filled with semi-sweet chocolate, toffee, and peanut butter-flavored chips then sprinkled with sea salt.
• Chocolate Cake Cookie - A chocolate cake cookie topped with chocolate fudge frosting and dark chocolate curls.
• Lemon Poppy Seed Cookie - A lemon-poppy seed cookie with lemon filling, covered in a lemon almond glaze.
• Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie - A thick, soft, classic cookie with milk chocolate chips.
