Shake Shack's Carolina BBQ Burger (also known as the "Gold Burger") with Fried Pickles offers Angus beef topped with pepper jack cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, crispy-fried pickles, and a tangy-sweet Carolina-style BBQ sauce on a toasted potato bun. As with the Smoky Classic BBQ Burger, prices start at $8.99.
New BBQ Fries feature crinkle-cut fries dusted with BBQ Seasoning and served with a choice of Shack BBQ sauce or Carolina BBQ sauce. The BBQ Cheese Fries are the same only with cheese sauce added on top of the fries before the BBQ Seasoning. Prices start at $4.79 for BBQ Fries and $5.99 for BBQ Cheese Fries.
Shake Shack's Smoky BBQ Menu is available now with early access when ordering through the Shake Shack app and launches nationwide on Friday, May 24, 2024 for other ordering channels.
