The Shredded Beef Stuffed Quesadilla features shredded beef, jack cheese, diced onions, hand-sliced avocados, chopped cilantro, and avocado salsa, folded into a hexagonal shape in a warm flour tortilla and then grilled. It is unavailable in the Fresno and Sacramento areas.
While they're available, the two limited-time flavors of Stuffed Quesadilla join El Pollo Loco's regular menu Chicken Avocado Stuffed Quesadilla. The chain's only year-round Stuffed Quesadilla consists of citrus-marinated flame-grilled chicken, jack cheese, avocados, salsa fresca, and a creamy cilantro dressing, folded into a hexagonal shape in a warm flour tortilla and then grilled.
El Pollo Loco's Stuffed Quesadillas are similar in appearance and function to Taco Bell's Crunchwrap Supreme although they lack a tostada inside for extra crunch. They're basically portable, sealed sandwiches.
