News: Taco Bell - New Triple Steak Burrito

A slightly less meaty version of the previously available Quad Steak Burrito, Taco Bell's new Triple Steak Burrito boasts three times the amount steak in a Steak Burrito Supreme plus seasoned rice, fire-roasted salsa, reduced-fat sour cream, and shredded Cheddar cheese.

A lone Triple Steak Burrito will cost you $3.99 (may vary) which is the same price as the Double Steak Burrito when it was offered.

You can check out my previous review of the Quad Steak Burrito for my thoughts. I suspect it'll be a similar experience.

  1. I agree, I doubt I'd ever pay 4 bucks for a burrito at taco bell. Not when they have so much other good stuff for so much less cash.

As for basic burger joints, In n Out comes to mind. Probably not exactly what you're talking about, since In n Out's not exactly cheap. They're also not nationwide, unfortunately. Still, you see how well they've done in their market, and your idea makes sense.

  3. This burrito is one of their worst special items in a long time.  The steak is mushy and closer to a formulated beef product rather than a piece of steak.
