The new snacks are marketed as ideal to munch on with drinks and soda (i.e. to sit and eat while watching the cherry blossoms bloom) and come in pink packaging decorated with pink cherry blossoms.
Shrimp-flavored Funyuns come in 55g bags and are available throughout Japan through May 31, 2015. If you're looking to try them here in the States, there are a few small online retailers offering them for $2.50 to $2.99. I don't know how reliable these stores are but you can find them here and here.
