Doritos Launches Rainbow Chips to Celebrate LGBT Community

Doritos is offering rainbow-colored Doritos tortilla chips in partnership with the It Gets Better Project to celebrate and support the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community.

You won't find it in stores though. The bags of Doritos Rainbow chips will be mailed to anyone who donates $10 or more in support of the It Gets Better Project (while supplies last) at www.ItGetsBetter.org/DoritosRainbows. According to the organization, their "mission is to communicate to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth around the world that it gets better, and to create and inspire the changes needed to make it better for them."

You can also find the chips at the Dallas Pride event this Sunday, September 20, 2015 as the brand is sponsoring the event.

The rainbow flag is a symbol of LGBT pride and is meant to reflect the diversity of the community.
