Review: Starbucks - Toasted Graham Frappuccino

Starbucks Toasted Graham Frappuccino features coffee, milk and ice blended together and then topped with, sweetened whipped cream, cinnamon sprinkle, and graham crumbles

A 16-oz Grande size is normally $4.95, but I had a digital coupon that brought it down to $3.

The Frappuccino tastes of very sweet graham cracker with a coffee end note. Maybe the coffee is meant to provide a "toasted" quality to the drink.

The sparse graham crumbs on top remind you of the flavor you're looking for. They add a bit of variety if you use your straw to spoon some up with the whipped cream.

At the end of the day, the Toasted Graham Frappuccino was decent enough but felt like a muted rendition of the S'mores Frappuccino offered earlier this year minus the chocolate and marshmallow. They tout it as a more "coffee-forward" drink, but the coffee is more of a footnote. Maybe the hot version fairs better. I'll have to try soon and see (preferably when the temperature isn't still in the high 80s).
