The new flavor is the result of Quaker's "Bring Your Best Bowl" contest, which asked participants to submit ideas for the brand's next flavor and allowed the country to vote on their favorite. Two flavors that almost made the cut were Vanilla Chai and Lemon Ricotta Pancake.
