The mainstay of both the burger and the entree is a pan-seared, lightly-blackened salmon filet. The burger joins it with roasted red pepper harissa aioli, tempura lemon wheels, citrus-marinated tomato and onion, and fresh arugula on a toasted telera bun, while the entree pairs it with bottomless steamed broccoli and coleslaw.
Spicy Sriracha Shrimp features breaded Sriracha-seasoned jumbo shrimp with Yukon kettle chips and tartar sauce for dipping.
