Outback Steakhouse's "Bloom-ified" Menu Includes New Bloomin' Fried Chicken

Outback Steakhouse plays on the popularity of their Bloomin' Onion by offering a new, limited-time menu of "Your Favorites, Bloom-ified," including new Bloomin' Fried Chicken.

Bloomin' Fried Chicken takes a boneless chicken breast, batters it in Original Bloomin' Onion seasoning, and then gives it a round of deep-frying until crispy. It comes drizzled with signature bloom sauce and is served with mashed potatoes and fresh seasonal veggies. Basically, it's their Bloomin' Onion but with chicken.

There's also Bloom-Crusted Filet or Center-Cut Sirloin. You can choose either steak and get it topped by a Bloomin' Onion-inspired crust that's made with horseradish, butter, sweet onion, and Original Bloomin' Onion seasoning. Like Bloomin' Fried Chicken, it's finished with a drizzle of signature bloom sauce. For sides, you get a choice of signature potato and another side.

Rounding out the selection is the BBQ Pork Porterhouse. It's prepared over a wood-fire grill, glazed with barbecue sauce, and topped with Bloomin' Onion Petals. On the side, there's mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies.

The "Bloom-ified" menu starts at $13.99.
