Like their regular Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, you simply add shredded cheese, water, and butter to the mix to make the biscuits.
Unfortunately, the chain does not currently offer gluten-free Cheddar Bay Biscuits in their actual restaurants, although you can find out on their website which menu items might be safe if you're gluten-sensitive or have other food allergies (although there's always the risk of cross-contamination due to shared kitchen space).
