Available between the hours of 4 PM and 10 PM, you can get a USDA Choice Cut sirloin steak,
hash browns, and two eggs for $8.99 when dining in (it's $10.99 in select areas, including here in Southern California).
For comparison, a USDA Choice Cut sirloin steak with two sides and dinner bread costs $12.99 in my area (but you can get it delivered and for take-out whereas the special is only available when dining in).
The diner chain first introduced the deal earlier this year in the summer.
