Buffalo Wing Wings Revamps Boneless Wings

Buffalo Wild Wings takes the "new and improved" route with their boneless wings, promising a "bigger, juicier, tastier boneless wing" that is now available at locations nationwide.

The new boneless wings feature chicken marinated in a blend of spices and then coated in a new "savory" breading. There's over 30 percent less breading compared to the previous version and larger pieces of chicken overall.

The chain is also offering new Original Buffalo Sauce, which is supposed to represent the original flavor of Buffalo sauce that was served up when Buffalo Wild Wings first opened in 1982.

Buffalo Wild Wings first introduced boneless wings to their menu in 2003 and serve almost 100 million of them each year. They started testing the new version in December of 2018 and they went over well enough to warrant a nationwide launch.
